Project Overview
Exciting 3 level office block project in Kempton Park, Glen Marais area. The project was placed on an aggressive fast-track schedule to be completed in an ambitious 10 months for a project of its size.
Right from the onset every team involved had to hit the ground running which came with its own problems like, being constructed right next door to a residential estate, we were very limited in terms of working late as well as working on the weekend.
Us, Vulcania Reinforcing, as the steel supplier, had to drastically reduce our lead time but still ensure that we supply a quality product as per the engineer’s specifications.
